June 2014 Nuisance Aquatic Plants Contact Herbicide Treatments

The Main Lakes chain of Lakes and the Lake of the Clouds chain of lakes are scheduled to be treated with contact herbicides Tuesday June 17th. Lake Laura, Sunset, Fawn, Kitts, Lost Canyon, and Rush are scheduled for Wednesday June 18th. Due to changes in the permit process, the date of treatment for Camper Lake is currently unknown but will occur as soon as the permit is granted. Please check the Blog or contact me at the lab for updates. Please understand that these dates are weather dependent. The maps attached below detail the locations of the treatments. Please refer to past posting for more information on the herbicides that are used, lake use restrictions, and what to expect following the treatment. Please don't hesitate with any questions.
