Mid August Eurasian Milfoil Treatment Maps

Eurasian Milfoil is scheduled to be treated on Lake of the Clouds and the Main Lakes the week of August 12th. This treatment will most likely occur Thursday the 15th but as always is weather and applicator availability dependent. Lake of the Clouds will be treated with systemic herbicides which are much slower acting, but are intended to be fatal to treated plants. The Main Lakes EM beds will be treated with contact herbicides to quickly knock down plants before they reach the surface of the water and are fragmented by boat traffic.
